Processing Times

✱ We process orders within 1-5 business days after your purchase.

Estimated* Shipping Times

✱ All orders are shipped with USPS, Ground Advantage. Please make sure you input your address correctly during checkout to avoid shipping delays.

United States: 3 days to 1 week

Canada: 1-2 weeks

Everywhere else: 2-4 weeks

*Currently we are unable to ship to certain destinations per USPS. Click here for their suspension list to see if your country is affected.*

Customs Fees and Taxes 

✱ We are not responsible for custom fees and taxes or import duties that may apply. Order recipient is responsible for paying any destination charges incurred upon arrival. This may apply to our international customers.

UK / EU Customers

✱ Please note that duties / taxes will not be collected at checkout. You are responsible for paying VAT once your package arrives in your country. If you would like VAT to be collected before delivery, please shop at our Etsy Shop (Etsy collects VAT / custom fees during checkout).

Cancellations, Refunds, Returns, & Exchanges

✱ At this time we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. *Shipped orders cannot be cancelled, no exceptions.

✱ If you placed an order and wish to cancel for any reason, please contact us immediately. Cancellations must be made within 12 hours after purchase. Once we ship your order, we can no longer cancel it. 

✱ Refunds are only issued if: the product you purchased arrived to you damaged, you are missing the product and no longer want it, or you received the wrong product and do not want a replacement.

Damaged, Missing, & Wrong items

✱ Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (with photos) if: your order is damaged, you received a wrong item(s) or you are missing an item(s). We will quickly evaluate the issue and make it right for you (this includes issuing a refund or product replacement, not both). 

Lost Packages

✱ We are not responsible for missing packages, delays incurred by the shipping service, and orders held by your local customs office. Once we drop off your package at our local USPS, it is no longer in our hands.

✱ In the event your package is lost AND your *tracking information also states that your package is lost*:

US customers: You can submit a "Missing Mail Search Request" through USPS here.

International customers: Please contact us immediately via email (milkbunnco@gmail.com) with your order info and tracking number so we can file an international claim.

✱ If your tracking info states that your package is DELIVERED ✓, but you can't find it, please contact USPS and submit a "Missing Mail Search Request" here. Unfortunately we cannot replace or refund your order if your packaged is marked DELIVERED ✓ by USPS.

✱ If your package is returned to us by USPS for any reason, we will contact you to verify your address and ship your package with new tracking information.

✱ If you accidentally entered the wrong address, contact us within 12 hours before shipment (we process orders the next day). If your package is delivered to the wrong destination due to the address you provided, we can ship another package only if you agree to pay the cost of the item(s) including shipping.
